O’Melveny’s 2021 Public Company Boot Camp: The Nuts and Bolts of Life as Public Company In-House Counsel

O’Melveny’s 2021 Public Company Boot Camp is a four-week program kicking off in late February. The Boot Camp comprises seven sessions covering 18 topics, during which O’Melveny lawyers provide overviews and practical tips regarding legal issues specific to public companies, including reporting, proxy season, corporate governance, etc. Because the Boot Camp provides an overview, it is best suited for lawyers with minimal public company securities/corporate governance experience or for those who would like a refresher.
