Ryan K. Yagura

Ryan Yagura is a partner in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department.  Prior to attending law school, Ryan worked as an engineer at Intel Corporation on the Pentium microprocessor and at Read-Rite Corporation on the development of thin film magnetic recording heads.  Since joining O’Melveny, Ryan has represented clients in both complex technical litigation and patent transactional matters.  In April 2010, Law 360 recognized Ryan's ability to combine technical know-how with stellar legal counsel.  Calling him "the go-to attorney when titans of the technology sector. . . face high-stakes patent litigation," the publication featured Ryan as one of 10 intellectual property lawyers under 40 to watch.
