Sam Zucker is a partner in O'Melveny's Silicon Valley and New York offices. Sam concentrates on corporate transactions for growth and life sciences companies in the US and overseas. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships, venture capital and private equity financings, international and multi-jurisdictional transactions, public and private securities offerings, and regulatory matters including SEC, Nasdaq, and NYSE rules and regulations. He works extensively with the Firm's international offices on acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings throughout the world.
Sam advises his clients' management and boards of directors on corporate governance and critical strategic matters, including acquisitions, corporate development, and capital market strategies as well as general corporate and regulatory issues.
