Sarah Starcevich Miller is an associate in O'Melveny's Silicon Valley office and a member of the Labor and Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on representing public and private companies in various employment matters, ranging from:

• counseling and advising clients regarding employee grievances, hiring and terminations, the enforcement of restrictive covenants, disability accommodations and leaves of absences, and compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws; and
• providing assistance and advice on corporate transactions with respect to labor and employment law issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions.

Sarah was also a member of the trial team that defended a leading semiconductor manufacturer in a complex antitrust matter, resulting in a complete defense jury verdict.
