Scott Voelz is a partner in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Insurance Litigation Practice. He has been recognized as a Southern California “Rising Star” by
Los Angeles Magazine.
Scott has represented clients in a variety of areas, including class and mass actions involving product liability and property damage claims, environmental and toxic tort cases, contract and construction claims, oil and gas lease disputes, and employment claims. Scott has also represented major entertainment studios in a number of intellectual property matters. Scott has handled and tried matters in both federal and state courts, as well as a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) settings.
