O’Melveny represented Israeli cloud security company Dome9 Security in its acquisition by cybersecurity giant Check Point Software for a reported US$175 million; we had previously represented Dome9 in corporate and growth matters, including its US$16.5 million Series C financing six months prior to its sale.
