Shaokai Wang

Shaokai Wang is a legal consultant in O’Melveny’s Beijing office. Shaokai’s practice focuses on RMB fund formation, private equity and venture capital, and capital market matters. He has in-depth knowledge of PRC Company Law, PRC partnership enterprise laws and other transaction related PRC laws and regulations. Shaokai has published several academic and professional articles.

Shaokai earned an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree from China University of Politics and Law. He visited and studied at the Law School of the College of William and Mary and the Law School of Southern Methodist University, and received an LL.M. degree from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Shaokai worked as associate and intern in known PRC law firms, where his practice areas included RMB fund formation, private equity and venture capital, and capital market.
