Stephanie Sheng is a counsel in O'Melveny's Capital Markets Practice within the Transactions Department and resides in the Hong Kong office.  Her practice focuses on general corporate and business law, including capital markets, venture capital financings and buyouts, private and public securities offerings, debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
