Steve Sonne is a partner in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices.  Steve has significant experience in the representation of emerging growth and public technology companies, venture capital firms and investment banks.  His practice includes public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory matters, corporate governance (including  the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and related rules and regulations), venture capital financings and general corporate counseling.   Steve has worked on numerous public and private securities offerings, and has significant merger and acquisition experience involving both public and private companies and a wide range of transaction structures.
