He has over 15 years of experience representing companies in business and technology litigation, in matters ranging from complex commercial lawsuits to intricate intellectual property disputes.

- Represent an international manufacturer of memory chips in a series of antitrust and patent-related matters concerning DRAM technology
- Lead trial counsel on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company in arbitration concerning an IP licensing dispute; obtained multi-million dollar arbitral award and dismissal of counterclaim
