Steven Grossman

Steve Grossman is a partner in O’Melveny’s Century City office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice. He has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate finance and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, investment fund and financing, and structured finance transactions. He assists public clients in answering complex disclosure and regulatory questions. In addition, he has counseled Boards of Directors and management in the area of SEC and self-regulatory organization investigations.

Steve has represented a number of clients in the entertainment and media, internet, telecommunications, securities, health care, information services, fund management, airline and leasing industries. He has been active in: structuring and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and investments; advising issuers and underwriters in high yield, investment grade debt and equity offerings; and counseling companies on public disclosure and filings. His clients include private equity sponsor groups, investment banks and other participants including management in leveraged acquisitions.
