Suna Choi is a counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office and a member of the Corporate Finance Practice. Suna's practice focuses on private equity-related corporate finance transactions, private placements of debt, secured and unsecured syndicated financings, restructuring transactions and distressed debt investments. She frequently represents borrowers, private equity sponsors, agents, institutional lenders and holders of senior and subordinated debt.

  • Represented Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. in connection with its acquisition of Sportsman’s Warehouse, Inc. from a bankruptcy proceeding and the related exit financing
  • Represented American Capital Ltd. in its US$40 million private equity financing of Paradigm Precision Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries
  • Represented Stonebridge Partners in its US$49 million private equity financing of American Dryer Corporation
  • Represented Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. in its US$150 million revolving credit facility
  • Represented Bank of America, N.A. in arranging for a US$50 million senior secured credit facility for Pacific Theatres Entertainment Corp.
