Vivian Zheng

Senior Legal Consultant

Vivian Zheng is a senior legal consultant in O’Melveny’s Shanghai office. Vivian has experience with approval and registration procedures of various transactions in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment.

Vivian earned a B.A. degree from Shanghai University in 1998 with a major in English. Before joining the Firm, Vivian worked for a major international law firm where she spent nearly seven years as a Registration Specialist in their Shanghai office in charge of obtaining all Chinese government approvals and all required registrations and licenses.
