Bill Satchell is a partner in O’Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Firm’s Securities Enforcement and Regulatory Counseling Practice. He advises financial services organizations in connection with transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters. Bill’s practice extends to a broad range of issues, including structured finance, financial institution mergers and acquisitions, privacy, anti-money laundering, FCPA, the regulation of financial products, derivatives, and financial product distribution.

Bill focuses primarily on advising domestic and foreign financial institutions concerning bank powers and non-banking activities, particularly real estate, fiduciary, securities, and advisory activities.
