Youngwook Shin is Counsel in O'Melveny's Los Angeles office with his practice focusing on antitrust and intellectual property.

Before joining O’Melveny & Myers, among others, Young worked as an associate at one of the biggest law firms in Korea and had extensive experience in antitrust and intellectual property law as well as corporate law.

Having received legal education, being licensed to practice law, and having acquired considerable legal experience, both in United States and South Korea, Young is one of those very few attorneys who understand the legal systems, customs and cultures of both countries. His unique experience and knowledge enable him to effectively and efficiently advise clients in inbound and outbound business transactions and disputes.
