O’Melveny represented American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) in three public offerings of debt in 2015, raising aggregate gross proceeds in excess of US$3 billion and €1.2 billion of notes. Each offering was issued pursuant to AHFC’s public Medium-Term Note program. O’Melveny represented AHFC in the establishment of its public MTN program in 2013 and since then has represented AHFC in the issuance of US$13.765 billion and €1.2 billion of notes. HFC provides various forms of financing in the United States and Canada to purchasers and lessees of Honda and Acura products and authorized independent dealers of Honda and Acura products, including automobiles, motorcycles, power equipment, and marine engines.
