  • Represented eHi, China’s largest car services provider and second largest rental car provider, in its US$120 million initial public offering and US$50 million concurrent private placements. Prior to the IPO, O’Melveny had represented eHi in multiple rounds of venture capital financing. 
  • Represented Bank of Qingdao as special US legal counsel on its US$607 million IPO and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange 
  • Represented Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology on its US$302 million IPO and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Represented Phoenix Healthcare Group in its US$220 million IPO and listing on the the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Represented Hengxing Gold in its HK$330 million IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Represented Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as bookrunners on 58.com’s US$215 million IPO and listing on the New York Stock Exchange, and its US$228 million follow-on offering 
  • Represented J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, China Merchants, Macquarie Capital and China Renaissance as underwriters on Leju Holdings' USD115 million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange 
  • Represented Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs as joint bookrunners on Tarena International's USD137.7 million IPO on NASDAQ
  • Represented Credit Suisse Securities and China Renaissance Securities as joint bookrunners in the IPO of Jupai Holdings Limited on the New York Stock Exchange
