O’Melveny represents Nu-West Industries in connection with the investigation and remediation of several former phosphate mining sites in Southeast Idaho. Our work has included negotiations with state, federal and tribal authorities on work plans, settlements, and regulatory compliance matters. It also includes advice in connection with the development of a comprehensive settlement of natural resource damage (NRD) claims.
