SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners

A multidisciplinary team of O’Melveny lawyers represented SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners in its US$720 million acquisition of the natural gas distribution business of EQT Corporation (Equitable) by PNG Companies LLC, an affiliate of Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC (Peoples), a portfolio company of SteelRiver. As part of the transaction, Equitable will be merged with Peoples, creating the largest gas utility company in Pennsylvania by number of customers.
