We represented a major financial institution in the Tribune Company bankruptcy case in Delaware and related MDL litigation in connection with allegations that a multi-billion dollar leveraged buyout constituted a fraudulent conveyance. Our firm was instrumental in securing dismissal of billions of dollars of fraudulent conveyance claims brought against Tribune shareholders. We also secured favorable settlements of fraudulent conveyance claims against lender banks in the Tribune LBO.
