After a football injury left associate Mathew Saur unable to continue his high-intensity workout regime, he turned to non-traditional exercise like hip-hop yoga and cardio boot camps.
“My body has never felt better,” he said. “While not perfect, I don’t have days where I can’t get out of bed anymore. I’m leaner and more flexible. The change has taught me you don’t need to pound your body to be strong.”
Saur likes to maintain a low-carb diet, avoiding bread and pasta. “I feel better eating that way and it helps me not gain weight,” he said.
