December 03, 2012

In interviews with Bloomberg earlier this year, O’Melveny & Myers LLP partner Nathan Bush discussed China’s decision to begin limiting access to corporate filings at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce after they were used to highlight accounting discrepancies in companies listed abroad. His comments are referenced in the December 3, 2012, Bloomberg article “America Supplants China in Rank of Biggest Firms,” which reports that US companies are increasingly supplanting China from the roster of the world’s 500 largest stocks.

Bush resides in O’Melveny’s Beijing and Singapore offices and is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on regulatory matters, commercial disputes, and litigation concerning antitrust and competition, fraud and corruption, and international trade.
