Bloomberg Law: O’Melveny Recruits Former SDNY General Crimes Unit Co-Chief

Former assistant US attorney in the Southern District of New York Rebecca Mermelstein has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its white collar defense and corporate investigations practice in New York. Mermelstein, who also held the role of co-chief of the General Crimes Unit, will work with corporate and individual clients on white collar matters.
