Robert Wann Jr. has joined O’Melveny as a partner in New York in the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group. Wann focuses on leveraged finance and acquisition financings, advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and banks. He also deals with high-yield and investment-grade bonds, syndicated loans, club loans, tender offers, exchange offers, and cross-border transactions. Wann was previously a partner at Baker Botts.
