Daily Journal Features O’Melveny’s Role in Lionsgate’s Acquisition of Good Universe

The October 24, 2017 issue of the Daily Journal reported that O’Melveny represented independent film production company Good Universe in its sale to Lionsgate. As the publication noted, the O’Melveny team that negotiated the deal included partners Stephen Scharf, Silvia Vannini, and Robert Blashek, along with counsel Eric Geffner and Jing Cao. Partner Eric Amdursky also advised.
