O’Melveny’s representation of AKUA, an IoT innovator leading the data-driven transformation of the global supply chain, in its US$3 million series seed financing was noted in the May 25, 2017, edition of Daily Journal’s “Dealmakers” column. The publication notes that the Silicon Valley-based O’Melveny team was led by partners Warren T. Lazarow and Brian Covotta, and included counsel Tim Hagen and associate Annie Woodworth.
