Daily Journal: O’Melveny & Myers Adds Silicon Valley Tech M&A Expert

Daily Journal called Bradley Finkelstein a “mergers and acquisitions heavyweight” in an article announcing he has joined O’Melveny as a partner.

The article highlighted Finkelstein’s accomplishments, including his roles in LinkedIn’s US$26 billion acquisition by Microsoft, Altera’s US$17 billion acquisition by Intel, and Brocade’s US$5.5 billion acquisition by Broadcom. “Capital activity and M&A activity is high, so it's going to be quite active,” Finkelstein said. “I thought it was a good time to make a big move and jump into O'Melveny.”
