Dellinger's Representation of EEOC in Upcoming Supreme Court Trial Featured in The National Law Journal

September 30, 2011 In a round-up of upcoming Supreme Court cases for the next term beginning October 3, 2011, The National Law Journal article “Reporter's Notebook: The New Term Dawns,” takes a look at a few of the cases and the advocates who are arguing them. O’Melveny & Myers' Appellate partner Walter Dellinger will argue before the Court in the case Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church v. EEOC on “behalf of Cheryl Perich, a fired Michigan religious school teacher who challenges the so-called ‘ministerial exception’ that shields religious institutions from enforcement of federal anti-discrimination laws in certain employment decisions.”

Dellinger resides in the Firm’s Washington, DC office.
