O’Melveny’s Danielle Gray was interviewed on February 18, 2016, by MSNBC about President Obama’s potential Supreme Court nominee. Gray was part of the team that worked on Obama’s two previous judicial nominees. “This is a president who takes very seriously the role of the court. He’s been through this twice before,” Gray said, adding that Obama understands this is one of the more serious responsibilities and privileges a president has.

Based in O’Melveny’s New York office, Gray is a founding member of the firm’s Data Security and Privacy Practice, and also advises companies on cyber risk-management, governance, and incident response.
