Global Investigations Review: GIR 100 2021

O’Melveny & Myers LLP has been named to the Global Investigation Review’s “GIR 100” list–the publication’s selection of the best 100 firms from around the world able to handle “sophisticated cross-border government-led and internal investigations and related settlement negotiations or prosecutions of corporates and individuals.” GIR noted the strength of the firm’s White-Collar practice, saying that its group of over 75 “high-caliber” lawyers features a number of “former government enforcers” who have held high-ranking positions across various government agencies. The publication also noted the variety of matters the firm is involved with. “The firm’s investigations team can point to its versatility, having guided banks, universities and gambling companies to settlements over complex investigations.”
