Hassi Quoted in Commercial Dispute Resolution on FTC Experience

The September 15, 2014, Commercial Dispute Resolution article, “O’Melveny & Myers wins back Hassi,” details Ted Hassi’s return to O’Melveny after working as Chief Trial Counsel for the Federal Trade Commission.  In the article, Hassi details how his work on federal and administrative court cases gave him “an understanding of how you prepare a case [against the FTC] at trial, how you present that at trial, and a deep understanding of how the Commission prepares for trial.”  He talks about how the FTC is focusing on patent trolls and the evolving way the Commission evaluates potential mergers.
