High Court Sides with O’Melveny and Won’t Hear Flight Attendants’ Merger AppealOctober 11, 2016
The October 11, 2016, Law360 article “High Court Won’t Hear Flight Attendants’ Merger Appeal” reported that the US Supreme Court denied cert to a group of former TWA flight attendants who claimed American Airlines and the union representing American’s flight attendants collaborated to wrongly slot all TWA attendants absorbed in the airlines’ 2001 merger, thereby affecting a later merger.
