The publication highlighted DL Chemical Co. Ltd.’s US$2.5 billion acquisition of Houston-based chemical company Kraton Corp. The deal was announced in September 2021 and is expected to close in the first half of 2022. South Korean-based DL Chemical will pay US$46.50 in cash for each share of Kraton. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal advisor to DL Chemical.
