ICLG: Brook + Whittle acquired by Genstar Capital

Genstar Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire labelling company Brook + Whittle from fellow private equity firm TruArc Partners. Genstar was advised by an O’Melveny team led by corporate partners Todd Boes in San Francisco and Rob Graffum in Century City, as well as San Francisco counsel Kirk Dungca.
