Corporate lawyer Woojae Kim is joining O’Melveny as a partner. Kim advises Korean companies on outbound deals and also acts for international investment banks and private equity clients on transactions with Korean businesses. A registered foreign legal consultant in Korea, Kim is also admitted to practice in New York and will reunite with O’Melveny partner and former colleague Daniel Kim in the firm’s Seoul office.
