The US Department of Justice is increasing pressure on online platforms that conservatives have accused of censorship, but in looking for examples for why immunity from most lawsuits shouldn’t apply to antitrust claims, critics note the agency appears to be grasping, Law360 reported. “It’s bad law and bad policy,” said Simmons, who is representing Malwarebytes amicus filer TechFreedom.
