The US Supreme Court unanimously vacated and remanded a Fifth Circuit ruling that added a two-year sentence to David Dubin’s health care fraud conviction. Dubin, a psychologist, was found guilty of incorrectly charging a patient for services. Dubin is represented by Jeffrey Fisher, Anton Metlitsky, Bruce Pettig, and Jason Zarrow of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
