Law360: O’Melveny Nabs Ex-Federal Reserve Adviser From WilmerHale

O’Melveny & Myers LLP has hired Jarryd Anderson as a partner in Washington, DC. Anderson, a former policy adviser to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, said that he joined O’Melveny because of its “distinctive and inclusive culture,” and that the firm’s “values are very much consistent with my own.” He also added that the firm has a dynamic financial services practice. “Jarryd’s tremendous talent, extensive experience and fluency in banking regulations will make him an immediate asset to our clients,” O’Melveny chair Bradley J. Butwin said. Anderson previously held in-house roles at Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and the Bank Policy Institute.
