February 22, 2021

Mergers & Acquisitions reported that Julia Schiller, former counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, has rejoined O’Melveny as a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice, based in Washington, DC.

Schiller’s experience includes merger reviews, antitrust litigation, and antitrust investigations, both in private practice and the federal government.

“Julia is an esteemed alumna and we are delighted to welcome her home,” said O’Melveny chair Bradley Butwin. “O’Melveny has a long history of encouraging government service because we believe it is good for our firm and our clients. That is especially true in Julia’s case, and we know from experience that she embodies O’Melveny’s core values of excellence, leadership, and citizenship.”
