Multiple Outlets Cover O’Melveny’s Role in RSI’s US$1 Billion Sale to American Woodmark

The Deal, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Law360 were among the outlets that reported O’Melveny represented RSI Home Products, Inc. in its sale to kitchen cabinet maker American Woodmark Corp. for approximately US$1.075 billion in cash and stock. As Law360 noted, RSI was represented by O’Melveny partner Mark Easton, counsel Reid Jason, and associates Adam Ackerman and Bianca Harlow.
