The new entity, known as Flagship Entertainment Group Ltd., will produce Chinese-language films. “With this joint venture, the companies are hoping to capitalize on the surging demand for Chinese-language content as they expect China's total box office take will surpass US$10 billion annually in the next four years,” the September 21, 2015, Law360 article said.
