O'Melveny's Noonan, McKeen Publish Article on Mortgage Market Reforms in Corporate Counsel

In the latest in a series of columns by O’Melveny & Myers LLP lawyers focusing on key legal issues specific to a variety of US industries, partner Elizabeth McKeen and counsel Dixie Noonan authored the article, “What's Next For Mortgage Market Reforms,” in the March 12, 2013, edition of Corporate Counsel. The article discusses how the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's ongoing publications and guidance on the ability-to-repay rules, as well as forthcoming rules on secondary mortgage market reforms, will identify important steps that lenders should take as compliance deadlines approach.
