Olson is a partner in the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers, where he is a member of the white-collar defense and corporate investigations and the business trial and litigation practices. He was formerly senior advisor to the secretary of commerce and executive director of SelectUSA, President Barack Obama’s initiative to attract investment to the United States. Guo is a partner in the Beijing office of O'Melveny, where she practices international litigation.
