O’Melveny Lawyers Author Article on China’s Anti-Monopoly Law in China Law & Practice

11월 06, 2014 O'Melveny & Myers’ Nate Bush and Lining Shan co-authored the article, "The SPC Offers Flexible Antitrust Analysis," which appears in the November/December 2014 edition of China Law & Practice. The article examines the implications of the first decision issued by China’s Supreme People’s Court (SPC) under the country’s new anti-monopoly Law. “While several aspects of the SPC's analysis are controversial,” the authors wrote, “the court's flexible, economics-oriented approach and detailed reasoning contrasts with the rigid, sparse analysis of recent administrative enforcement decisions under the AML.”

Bush is a partner in the Litigation Department in O'Melveny's Singapore office. Shan is a senior legal consultant in O'Melveny's Beijing office.
