O'Melveny Lawyers Co-Author Caijing Article on China's New Secrecy Law

O'Melveny & Myers partner Bingna Guo and associates Min He and Sylvia Shi co-authored an article for Chinese-language publication Caijing discussing the regulations and important points to take note of under the recent implementation of China's Guarding State Secrets law. Their article, titled, "Implementation of New Secrecy Law, How Should Companies Act?" was published on June 16, 2014.

Guo is a member of O'Melveny's International Litigation Practice and resides in the Firm's Beijing office. She has extensive experience in cross-border litigation, international anticorruption investigations, international commercial arbitration and mediation, regulatory and compliance matters, crisis management, and complex commercial litigation. He and Shi are members of the Transactions Department and reside in the Firm's Beijing and Shanghai office, respectively.
