So far, 2017 has seen some important movement in litigation involving water suppliers in the United States, the authors write. The article details “several pivotal moments in many long-running disputes about water-usage rights and water quality” that have recently unfolded across the country.
McTigue, who resides in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office, covers a wide range of environmental issues, including water quality and supply, air quality including climate change and greenhouse gas regulation, reporting obligations, and permitting issues. Also based in Los Angeles, Welles represents clients in complex litigation and transactions with a particular focus on water, land use, and public policy issues. Leraul, who is located in San Francisco, is a member of the firm’s Transactions Department.
