O’Melveny’s Access Technology Ventures Deal Highlighted in Law360

O’Melveny represented Access Technology Ventures, which led a Series B funding round that raised US$300 million for Essential Products Inc., a smartphone maker co-founded by Android creator Andy Rubin.
