O’Melveny’s Bush Authors Article on China’s New Merger Remedy Rules for China Law & Practice

January 31, 2015 O'Melveny & Myers partner Nate Bush authored the January 2015 China Law & Practice article, "MOFCOM Issues New Merger Remedy Rules."  In the piece, Bush details the regulations recently enacted by China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), which he says "largely codify MOFCOM's current practice for adopting, implementing, enforcing, and amending conditions imposed on concentrations pursuant to the PRC Anti-monopoly Law," while “several new provisions introduce novel rules.”

Bush is a member of O’Melveny’s Antitrust and Competition Practice and resides in the Firm’s Singapore office.
