O’Melveny’s Bush Authors China Law & Practice Article on China’s Antitrust and Anti-Corruption Crackdown

November 18, 2013 O’Melveny & Myers partner Nathan Bush authored a November 18, 2013, China Law & Practice article, titled “Blurring Antitrust and Anti-Corruption.”  The piece focuses on China’s recent surge in antitrust and anti-corruption enforcement, which Bush writes “highlights the parallel perils of bribery and anti-competitive conduct.”  The article discusses the distinction between an entity and an individual in the context of bribery regulations, as well as recent enforcement trends in China.

Bush is a member of O’Melveny’s Antitrust and Competition Practice and resides in the Firm’s Singapore office.
