O’Melveny’s Easton Quoted in Daily Journal on High Demand for Corporate Attorneys

August 20, 2015 O’Melveny & Myers partner Mark Easton was quoted in the August 20, 2015, Daily Journal piece “Demand Exceeding Supply for Corporate Lawyers.”  The article details the increasing demand for corporate lawyers amid “an economy on the rise and law firms hungry to expand.”  Easton told Daily Journal that given the booming transactional market, the Firm "simply can't hire enough people to keep up with all the work we've been getting."

Easton is Regional Head of Transactions for Southern California and a member of O’Melveny’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice.  He resides in the Firm’s Los Angeles office.
